What you need to know...
What to wear? – You should wear what you feel comfortable in but bear in mind that you need to be able to move about!
Who do you play with? – You can take a friend along with you to the session but if you haven’t found anyone who wants to give it a go you can be rest assured that there will be players of similar standard who will be more than willing to have a hit with you.
How much will it cost? – The cost can vary for each centre/club. Use the search bar below to find a session near you, the cost will be listed.
What you need to bring? – Just bring yourself! Equipment such as rackets and balls can be provided.
What do the sessions involve? – Each session has a leader, who will be on hand to help pair you with players of a similar level so you can play some social games!
