• Find your nearest social session by using the "Play It" search
• Find a competition or weekly box league to play similar standard opponents by using the "Court Challenge" search
• Find out about our September "Get Back onto Court with the Sunday Social" campaign. Sunday Social Sessions are being added daily, so keep watching this section of the site for information.
Many venues also run Junior squash programmes, locate your nearest venue using the "Find Courts" feature and contact the venue directly for details of what they offer. We recommend that you check your selected venue uses an appropriately qualified and insured coach.

There are courts in Clubs, Leisure Centres and University venues. Venues are always running promotions in conjunction with the Big Hit, so it’s easy to get involved. You can usually borrow and racket to help you get started.
